The recommended dosage is 1 to 2 capsules twice daily after food, or as advised by a qualified Siddha physician. Aerva lanata (100 mg) is a potent diuretic and lithotryptic herb used in Siddha and Ayurvedic systems for kidney and bladder health. Lagenaria siceraria (75 mg), or bottle gourd, helps in reducing urinary irritation and supports kidney function. Cucumis sativus (75 mg) provides a cooling and soothing effect on the urinary tract.
